Want to to know what Midi driver is need for the Xeno? Actually no midi driver if you use standard MIDI In/out port. But for send/receive MIDI over USB you need a driver. What is your ION OS version? only the latest os v1.06 support request patch function. If Hypersynth knows that certain makes of interfaces have problems with their software, why don't they publish a list of interfaces they know will work and will support? What is your MIDI interface model?
This problem is common with Micon and MOTU midi interfaces or some other cheap brands. please check it out on a different interface to narrow down the issue.
