MIDI-learn function

I recently bought a Behringer BCR2000 when I read about the new MIDI-learn function of the Hypersynth Miniak-editor, and it works great !
Only, when I went back to it the next day, all my new MIDI-learn settings had not been saved with the closing of the editor.
Am I doing something wrong ?
I cannot find any info on how to save these settings.

MIDI learn settings are not saved by editor, we consider adding this feature in future developments. You should create a template with BCR2000 according to editor default CC assignments and save it in BCR instead of editor.
