HELP! Which model MIDI interface is suitable for ion-editor?

my PC laptop os is win 8.1-64bit and MIDI interface is Roland UM-ONE MK2.

my micron os is already latest version(1.1). and I have tested MIDI connections according the manual were good.
but still can't Request Patch, told me "No Ion/Micron available".

then I bought a second-hand M-audio m-track but still couldn't Request Patch!

i checked some answers on forum and found some guys had the same problem.

if you can share your no-problem-brand/model of MIDI (Audio) interface with me, I'll be very appreciate!
