How long is the Xenophone warranty?

1-year parts and labor. This warranty does not extend to the unit that has been physically damaged, or is not under normal operating and environmental conditions as a result of mishandling, neglect, alteration, problems with electrical power, misuse, or improper installation. (The customer is responsible for shipping charges).

The units which are purchased from unauthorized retailers are not covered under our warranty.

No, the latest version will be available as a downloadable PDF in download section. As the OS will be updated in the future we like to keep the manual in sync.

Shipment and Sales tax/VAT (Direct Purchase From Hypersynth)

Once the unit has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Depending on your location, the units will come from UAE or UK by express airmail.

The person receiving the package is responsible for all import duties and VAT. EU-Residents should normally pay (3.2% duty + 20% VAT) and Non-EU Resident should pay (4-6% duty + Extra Fee). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. You'll need to pay the courier company directly, or you might be invoiced by a customs broker. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs (We ship the package with the following customs commodity code : 9207105000).

Payment (Direct Purchase)

Payments are processed by (Paypal) However this does not mean that you need a registered account as Paypal allows you to pay directly via credit/debit card and e-check. After payment, the money is automatically deducted from your account (not pending). So if you place an order you will be charged at the moment you place the order, not when the item comes in and gets ready to ship.
